Das Casa Mingo in Madrid ist eine Institution. Seine Tür öffnete das Restaurant im traditionellen Stil nahe der U-Bahn-Station "Principe Pio" bereits im Jahre 1888. Auf der Speise- und Getränkekarte stehen vor allem Spezialitäten aus der spanischen Provinz Asturien. Hierzu zählen "Sidra" (Cider, Apfelwein), Pollo (Hähnchen), Empanadas und Chorizo (Paprikawurst). Neben dem Innenraum steht auch eine geräumige Terrasse zur Verfügung. Das Casa Mingo liegt innerstädtisch nahe diverser Parks und dem Fluß Manzanares.
