Das Zest in Leipzig-Connewitz ist ein kleines veganes Restaurant. Vegan heißt, dass keine tierischen Produkte verwendet werden. Das Schnitzel ist also in diesem Fall aus Soja. Zu empfehlen ist das Zest in jedem Fall: die Bedienungen sind freundlich und die Gerichte sind leckere, eher gehobene Küche. Einzig und allein die Preise finde ich teilweise etwas hoch. Trotzdem ein echter Tipp für jeden, der sich vegetarisch/vegan ernährt oder einfach mal kulinarisch etwas neues ausprobieren möchte
