Habe die Gemüsemedaillons mit Käsesoße verganges Wochenende gekocht. Habe dazu locker kochenden Reis, frischen Salat und ein Glas Weißwein serviert. War super lecker! Zur Dekoration habe ich Kresse und geraspelte Karotten verwendet.
