Das Pleskavica kommt aus Jugoslawien und ist dem ungarischen Lángos etwas ähnlich. Man serviert die Fladen mit Reis, Paprikagemüse und Zwiebelwürfeln. Rotwein passt gut zu diesem Gericht.
