Aloe Sunrise, wieder ein Cocktail mit Aloe Vera.. ist gesund und lecker! Und Aloe Vera gilt nicht nur als Heilmittel, sondern auch als Kosmetikmittel, dass die Haut schön jung hält.

Ingredients

4 cl Aloe Vera Gel
1 metric cup (25 cl) Orangensaft
1 tablespoon (1.5 cl) Zitronensaft
1 tablespoon (1.5 cl) Granatapfelsaft

Directions

Für den Aloe Sunrise 3 bis 4 cl Aloe Vera Gel und einen Schuss Zitronensaft in ein Glas geben und noch zerstoßenes Eis hinzufügen. Dann noch mit Orangensaft auffüllen, das Ganze kräftig verrühren und etwas Granatapfelsaft hinzugeben.
