Das perfekte Spiel aus Citrusfrische und leicht herber Kräuternote....Unheimlich erfrischend und ein wenig "back to the roots".....

Ingredients

  1. 5 cl Chartreuse -grün-
  2. 2 cl Limettesaft
  3. 1 cl Zuckersirup
  4. 2 cl Eiweiß
  5. 1 paring Orangentwist

Directions

Chartreuse, Limettensaft, Eiweiß und Zuckersirup in den Shaker..... dry-shake ( nur mit der Feder vom Strainer OHNE Eis, da wird das Eiweiß schaumiger) noch mal shaken diesmal mit Eis... double strain und mit Orangentwist abspritzen....
