Ingredients

  1. 500 g Mascarpone
  2. 500 g Joguhrt
  3. 500 ml Apfelmus

Directions

Mascarpone mit Joghurt, Apfelmus und Zitronensaft mischen. Die Hälfte in eine (Auflauf-) Form füllen. Die 2 Äpfel mit Schale darüber grob reiben. Den Zimt darüber streuen. Dann die zweite Hälfte Creme darüber geben. Die Löffelbisquits zerbröselt darüber geben. Die Creme ca. 2 Stunden kalt stellen und dann servieren.

Als Garnitur eigenet sich noch etwas Zimt.
