Das Kotelett und Reis Gericht ist ganz einfach zubereitet, kommt aber stets gut an. Den das mit Thymian gewürzte Fleisch schmeckt ausgezeichnet und der Reis passt prima dazu als Beilage. Ich mag dazu gerne Chicoree Salat und ein Glas Weißwein.
