Description

Gibt eigentlich nicht viel zu Beschreiben. Man kann in die Plinsen alle Früchte "einbacken" die man möchte. Einfach ein wenig probieren. Ich mag sie mit Apfelmuss bzw Nutella als Aufstrich.

Ingredients

  1. 1 l Milch
  2. 5 regular Eier
  3. 8 g Backpulver
  4. 300 g Mehl
  5. 1 pinch(es) Salz
  6. 4 pinch(es) Zucker

Directions

Alles gut vermischen, bis keine Klümpchen mehr zu sehen sind. Anschließend in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl auf beiden Seiten goldgelb backen. Fertige Plinsen einfach auf einen Teller legen und dazwischen immer Küchenpapier legen, damit das Öl aufgesaugt werden kann was noch an den Plinsen haftet.
