Ingredients

  1. 200 g Reis
  2. 750 ml Bouillon
  3. 20 g Butter
  4. 1-2 generous pinch Safran
  5. 1-2 pinch(es) Salz

Directions

Butter, Salz und Brühe zum kochen bringen, den Reis dazu geben und kochen. Sobald die Flüssigkeit aufgesogen wurde, den Safran darunter rühren und zugedeckt bei schwacher Hitze ca. 20 Min. fertig kochen. Reis auflockern und servieren.
