Ingredients

  1. 500 g Rinderhack
  2. 1 piece(s) Zwiebel
  3. 2 piece(s) Knoblauchzehen
  4. 6 piece(s) Hamburgerbrötchen

Directions

Hackfleisch, Knoblauch und Zwiebeln in der Pfanne anbraten und mit Salz, Pfeffer, Tomatenmark, Ketchup, Senf, brauner Zucker und etwas Essig abschmecken. Ca. 15min köcheln lassen, das ganze dann zwischen zwei Hamburgerbrötchen (oder Toastbrotscheiben) verdrücken. Ist echt LECKER !!!!
