Auf Anfang April 2002 übernimmt Nicolas Gueissaz den Vorsitz des Geschäftsbereichs Gastro Services Schweiz der Bon appétit Group. Er tritt damit die Nachfolge von David Egolf an, der sich beruflich neu orientieren will. Zum Geschäftsbereich Gastro Services Schweiz – gehören die Cash+Carry Märkte von Prodega und Growa und der Belieferungsgroßhandel mit Howeg, fresh&net und Hugo Dubno. Vor seinem Eintritt in die Bon appétit Group war Nicolas Gueissaz bei Gate Gourmet in der Funktion als Executive Vice President Operations tätig.
